Supervising Employees Certificate Program

This eight-week program provides new or soon-to-be promoted supervisors and managers with a solid foundation in the essentials of supervising employees. Participants will leave each session with higher levels of self-confidence backed by knowledge and skills that can be immediately applied when they return to their worksite. Participants may sign up for the entire program or take individual courses.
