INTEGRATING TECHNOLOGY IN K-12 SCIENCE 

 

This course prepares educators for integrating computational thinking (CT) in science learning for middle school students. Students (K-12 teachers) will embed CT in their lessons that target academic content standards in science as well as technology standards for students and teachers from the International Society for Technology in Education. The use of online environments and tools to support student learning and electronic communication will be used to engage students in activities that deepen their understanding of content topics and big ideas in science and technology.
