SPAN 102

Beginning Spanish II  

Continuation of SPAN 101. Further study of the Spanish language and Spanish-speaking cultures, with emphasis onthe development of communicative skills and basic structures. Language laboratory practice is a mandatory component of the course.  

At time of enrollment in course, basic knowledge of Spanish (equivalent to that demonstrated upon successful completion of Spanish 101), is mandatory. Conducted in Spanish. Two years of high school Spanish with one year of high school Spanish taken and passed withinthe last two years, or completion of SPAN 101 with a grade of C (2.0) or better.

Note: Matriculated students MUST register using their MyCsusm portal.

**Non-matriculated students: This class has 1 or more pre requisites. In order to add this class you will need to bring documentation ( ex: unofficial/official transcript) showing you have completed the course pre-requisites or the equivalent to Extended Learning for review. If it is determined you meet the requirements to enroll in this class you will be given a pre-requisite waiver form and permission number.
