This eight week program provides new or soon to be promoted supervisors and managers with a solid foundation in the essentials of supervising employees.  Participants will leave each session with higher levels of self-confidence backed up by knowledge and skills that can be immediately applied when they return to their worksitel  Participants may sign up for the entire program or take individual courses.
